Helena Mas Santuré

Helena Mas Santuré is an Andorran politician and psychologist currently serving as the Minister of Health of Andorra. Born in 1979 in Sant Julià de Lòria, she holds a degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona and previously worked in education and clinical psychology. Before her ministerial appointment in 2023, she served as the Secretary of State for Health, where she played a prominent role in managing the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her policy priorities include mental health reform, oncology improvements, and the modernization of the national healthcare system.
