Henry Ariganyira Musasizi is a Ugandan politician, business administrator, and certified public accountant currently serving as the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. First elected to Parliament in 2011 to represent Rubanda County East, he previously chaired the Committee on Finance, Planning and Economic Development. In May 2026, he was elevated to the full Cabinet, where he oversees national fiscal policy and economic growth initiatives, including the management of Uganda's commercial oil production sector.
