Henry Bellingham, Baron Bellingham, is a British Conservative politician and life peer who currently sits in the House of Lords. Previously, he served as the Member of Parliament for North West Norfolk from 1983 to 1997 and again from 2001 to 2019. During his parliamentary career, he held the position of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. A former barrister, he was knighted in 2016 for his political and parliamentary service before being elevated to the peerage in 2020.
