Born in 1991 in the former Chikura Town, he graduated from Bunkyo University and completed his studies at the Tokyo Metropolitan University Graduate School of Humanities. Before entering politics, he worked as a municipal employee for the Minamiboso City Office, serving in departments including planning, finance, and health and welfare. In 2026, he was elected as the youngest incumbent head of a municipality in Chiba Prefecture, campaigning on a platform focused on creating a community that encourages children to return to their hometown.
