Jacques Sosthène Dingara

Jacques Sosthène Dingara is a Burkinabè civil servant and politician currently serving as the Minister of Basic Education, Literacy and Promotion of National Languages of Burkina Faso. An economist by training, he previously held significant administrative roles, including Secretary General of the Government and the Council of Ministers, where he led initiatives to modernize and digitize public administration. Since his appointment to the cabinet in December 2023, he has focused on educational reform, curriculum development, and ensuring continuity of schooling in regions affected by security challenges.
