James Dubai Olobo

James Dubai Olobo is a Ugandan politician, farmer, and entrepreneur currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kioga North in the Amolatar District. A member of the National Resistance Movement, he also serves as the party's chairman for the region. Throughout his tenure in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda, Olobo has advocated for the localization of the Parish Development Model to improve public understanding. Additionally, he has been appointed as a coordinator for the Patriotic League of Uganda in the Lango sub-region.
