James Nsaba Buturo

James Nsaba Buturo is a Ugandan politician who served as a Member of Parliament for Bufumbira County East from 2001 to 2011. During his political career, he held several ministerial positions, including State Minister for Information and Broadcasting, and State Minister for Ethics and Integrity in the Office of the Vice President. Before entering politics, he worked as a District Commissioner and a development manager. He holds a PhD in Developmental Administration from the University of Birmingham.
