James Talarico

James Talarico is an American politician and educator currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives. First elected in 2018, he has become a prominent voice in the legislature, focusing on public education, healthcare affordability, and criminal justice reform. A former middle school English teacher and nonprofit executive, Talarico holds degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, Harvard University, and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
