Janepher Mbabazi Kyomuhendo is a Ugandan politician and accountant currently serving as the District Woman Representative for Kagadi District in the Parliament of Uganda. First elected to the 10th Parliament in 2016 and re-elected to the 11th, she has held roles on the Committee of Public Accounts and the Physical Infrastructure Committee. She currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights, where she has been a vocal advocate for the Human Rights Defenders Protection Bill and the National Legal Aid Bill.
