Rose Lilly Akello is a Ugandan politician and social worker currently serving as the District Woman Member of Parliament for Karenga District in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. Previously, she represented Kaabong District in the ninth and tenth parliaments, having won a by-election in 2017. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a teacher and held various administrative roles within the Karamoja Development Agency and the Kaabong District Service Commission. She is affiliated with the National Resistance Movement and maintains a focus on social mobilization, environmental conservation, and dispute settlement.
