Javier Corral Jurado is a Mexican politician, lawyer, and journalist currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. Previously affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN) for over four decades, he served as the Governor of Chihuahua from 2016 to 2021 and held multiple terms in both the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent advocate for media regulation, notably leading the constitutional challenge against the 'Televisa Law' in 2006. After resigning from the PAN in 2023, he joined the National Regeneration Movement (Morena).
