Jesús Alfonso Ibarra Ramos is a Mexican politician currently serving as a federal deputy for the 5th district of Sinaloa in the LXVI Legislature of the Mexican Congress. An economist by training, he holds a master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and has completed specialized studies at the Harvard Kennedy School. Before his election to the federal chamber in 2024, Ibarra Ramos served two terms in the Congress of Sinaloa, where he chaired the Public Finance and Administration Commission. His career includes previous roles in the tourism and agricultural sectors, as well as advisory positions in municipal government. He is a member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena).
