Jesse Bjorkman is an American politician serving as a member of the Alaska Senate, representing District D since 2022. A member of the Republican Party, he represents the northern Kenai Peninsula, including the communities of Kenai, Soldotna, Nikiski, and Sterling. Bjorkman currently serves as the chair of the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he served as a member of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly and worked as a government teacher at Nikiski High School.
