Jheanelle Wilkins is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 20 since 2017. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she immigrated to the United States as a child and built a career in civil rights advocacy, notably working with The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
