Johnny Chiang is a Taiwanese politician and political scientist currently serving as the Vice President of the Legislative Yuan since 2024. A member of the Kuomintang, he previously served as the party's chairman from 2020 to 2021 and has been a member of the Legislative Yuan since 2012. Before entering politics, he held academic positions at Soochow University and served as the Director-General of the Government Information Office. Chiang holds a Ph.D. in international relations from the University of South Carolina and is known for his focus on foreign policy and national defense.
