Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo is a Ugandan politician and entrepreneur currently serving as the Minister of State for Information Communication Technology and National Guidance. She is also a former National Chairperson of the Forum for Democratic Change and previously served as the Mayor for Rubaga Division in Kampala.
