Joyce Ntwatwa Bagala is a Ugandan politician and former journalist who serves as the Women's Representative for Mityana District in the Parliament of Uganda. Before entering politics, she had a prominent career in media, working as a news manager and anchor for NBS Television and various radio stations including Radio One, Beat FM, and Sanyu FM. She transitioned into politics after several attempts, eventually securing her parliamentary seat in the 2021 general election representing the National Unity Platform.
