Joyce Ntwatwa Bagala is a Ugandan politician and former journalist who serves as the Women's Representative for Mityana District in the Parliament of Uganda. Before entering politics, she had a prominent career in media, working as a news manager and anchor for NBS Television and various radio stations including Radio One, Beat FM, and Sanyu FM. She was elected to parliament in 2021 on the National Unity Platform ticket. Throughout her career, she has been a vocal figure in Ugandan media and public life.
