Judith Nabakooba is a Ugandan politician and former policewoman currently serving as the Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development in the Cabinet of Uganda. She previously held office as the Cabinet Minister of Information and Communications Technology and represented Mityana District Women's Constituency as a Member of Parliament. Before entering active politics, she served extensively in the Uganda Police Force, including working as the official police spokesperson.
