出口嘉一

Kaichi Deguchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Miura City in Kanagawa Prefecture. Born in Misaki-cho, Miura, he graduated from Yokosuka High School. Before entering politics, he spent time traveling in India and worked as a temporary employee for six years, followed by a position at a chemical manufacturer in Yokohama. In June 2025, he was elected as the Mayor of Miura after defeating the incumbent candidate. He is married and has three children.
