今城克啓

Katsunobu Imaki is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Takashima City in Shiga Prefecture. Born in Kyoto, he graduated from the Kyoto University Faculty of Agriculture and spent 19 years as a Shiga prefectural government official, where he focused on local timber utilization, environmental conservation, and wildlife damage prevention. He served two terms as a member of the Takashima City Council, including a tenure as vice-chair, before being elected mayor in January 2025. His political platform emphasizes clean municipal administration, transparent information disclosure, the active attraction of corporate offices, and the enhancement of educational facilities to address local population decline and aging.
