Kazuaki Hibi is a Japanese politician and architect currently serving as the Mayor of Tsushima City in Aichi Prefecture. A graduate of the Tokyo University of Science, he previously worked for the Japanese National Railways and founded the architectural firm Nisshin Design Office.
