Kazuyuki Toida is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ishioka in Ibaraki Prefecture. Born in Wakamatsu-cho, Ishioka, he began his political career as a member of the Ishioka City Council in 1991, serving three terms. He subsequently served five terms as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly. In June 2026, he resigned from his prefectural assembly seat to run for mayor following the removal of his predecessor, winning the election to become the city's mayor.
