Lo Ming-tsai is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as a member of the Legislative Yuan, representing New Taipei City Constituency XI. Born in Changhua in 1967, he is the son of former legislator Lo Fu-chu. He holds an associate degree in business administration from Chihlee University of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from the City University of Seattle, and a Ph.D. in economics from Sichuan University. A member of the Kuomintang, he has maintained a long-standing career in national politics.
