Lotfi Boudjemaa is an Algerian magistrate and politician currently serving as the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, a position he assumed on November 18, 2024, as part of the Larbaoui II government. Born in 1970, he holds a law degree and a doctorate in criminal law from the University of Badji Mokhtar in Annaba. Before his ministerial appointment, he had a distinguished career in the judiciary, serving as a judge, prosecutor, and later as the Prosecutor General at the Court of Justice of Jijel, as well as Director General of Judicial and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Justice.
