Luhaga Joelson Mpina is a Tanzanian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for the Kisesa constituency since 2005. Throughout his career, he held the position of Minister of Livestock and Fisheries during the Magufuli administration. In August 2025, he transitioned from the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi party to the Alliance for Change and Transparency. Although he sought to run for president in the 2025 general election, his candidacy was barred due to disputes regarding party nomination procedures.
