Mahmut Atilla Kaya

Mahmut Atilla Kaya is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Izmir. Born in Torbalı in 1973, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994 and practiced as a lawyer before entering politics. A long-time member of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), he has held various local and provincial leadership roles in Izmir. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has served on the Human Rights Investigation Commission and the Justice Commission, focusing on legal and human rights issues.
