Manuel Ruiz Rivas

Manuel Santos Ruiz Rivas is a Spanish politician currently serving as a member of the Senate of Spain. A law graduate, he previously worked as a court solicitor and sports manager before entering local politics in Ribeira in 1987. He served as a deputy in the Parliament of Galicia from 1993 to 2011 and held the office of Mayor of Ribeira from 2011 to 2023. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent member of the People's Party of Galicia, serving as the party's spokesperson in the regional parliament.
