Mark Wright

Mark Wright is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, representing the 77th district since 2017. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as the vice chair of the House Education Committee. Before his election to the state legislature, Wright was a member of the Covington City Council from 2011 to 2017. His professional background includes extensive experience in trade associations and arbitration, having worked as a vice president for the American Arbitration Association and the American Waterways Operators. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Xavier University of Louisiana and a dual Master of Politics and Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
