荻野雅裕

Masahiro Ogino is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Fuchu City in Hiroshima Prefecture. Born in 1980, he is a former official of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Before his election as mayor in April 2026, he served as the Superintendent of Education for Fuchu City. Ogino campaigned on a platform focused on fiscal reconstruction and improving the quality of local education, successfully winning his first term in a head-to-head contest.
