Mitsuyuki Segawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Saikai City in Nagasaki Prefecture. Before his election as mayor in April 2025, he had a long career in local government, serving four terms as a member of the Seikai Town Council and six terms as a member of the Nagasaki Prefectural Assembly. During his time in the prefectural assembly, he held several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Assembly. A former rugby player who competed in national tournaments during high school, Segawa has been a long-time member of the Liberal Democratic Party, where he served in various regional leadership roles.
