田口伸一

Shinichi Taguchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kashima. Born in Kashima, Ibaraki Prefecture, in 1968, he graduated from Chiba Prefectural Sawara High School and Senshu University's Faculty of Business Administration. Before entering politics, he worked at Yamaichi Securities and later served as the representative director of Taguchi Shoji Co., Ltd. He began his political career as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, where he served three terms representing the Liberal Democratic Party. In April 2022, he was elected as the Mayor of Kashima after running unopposed.
