Musa Francis Ecweru is a Ugandan politician and accountant currently serving as the Minister of State for Works and Transport and as the elected Member of Parliament for Amuria County. Born in 1964, he has held various government positions, including Resident District Commissioner in several districts and State Minister for Relief and Disaster Preparedness. A member of the National Resistance Movement, he previously led the Arrow Auxiliary Force to protect civilians from the Lord's Resistance Army. He is known for his vocal support of strict anti-LGBTQ+ legislation in Uganda.
