Naome Kibaaju is a Ugandan politician and management professional currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Sheema County North in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she was first elected in a 2018 by-election. Before entering politics, she held various senior administrative roles in the Ugandan government, including positions at the Office of the President, the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Defence.
