大塚進弘

Nobuhiro Otsuka is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Nogata in Fukuoka Prefecture. Born in 1952, he graduated from the Kyushu Institute of Technology and initially worked in the private sector before joining the Nogata City government in 1978. During his career in local administration, he served as the Director of the General Policy Department and later as Deputy Mayor. He is a certified Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant. Otsuka was first elected as Mayor of Nogata in 2019 and was re-elected in 2023 with broad support from multiple political parties.
