Oliver Katwesigye Koyekyenga is a Ugandan businesswoman and politician who serves as the elected Woman Representative for Buhweju District in the Parliament of Uganda. She first entered parliament in 2013 following a by-election to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Joy Arinaitwe Kariisa. Initially elected on the National Resistance Movement ticket, she later contested and won her seat as an independent candidate in the 2016 general elections. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as an operations manager and in customer relations within the tourism and travel industry.
