Parsa Marvi is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2021, representing the Karlsruhe-Stadt district. Born in Tehran in 1982, he became a German citizen in 2020. Before his parliamentary career, Marvi worked in the private sector for companies including MLP and 1&1 Telecommunication. Within the Bundestag, he is active on the Finance Committee and the Committee on Digital Affairs. He was re-elected to his seat in 2025.
