Passalet Kanabé Marcelin

Passalet Kanabé Marcelin is a Chadian politician and animal production engineer currently serving as the Minister of Water and Energy. Born in Gounou Gaya in 1973, he has been a long-time member of the National Union for Development and Renewal (UNDR). Throughout his career, he has held various administrative and political roles, including serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Chadian Water Company. He joined the government in early 2024 and was appointed to his current ministerial position in May 2024.
