Patrick Nsamba Oshabe is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kassanda North Constituency. Initially elected under the National Resistance Movement (NRM), he later joined the National Unity Platform (NUP) after becoming known as a rebel MP who advocated for constitutional reforms. In addition to his parliamentary duties, he serves as a member of the Pan-African Parliament. He holds degrees in economics, philosophy, and ethics, and is active on the Committee on Education and Sports.
