Peng Jin-lung is a Taiwanese academic and financial expert who has served as the Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission since 2024. Before entering government, he had a distinguished career in academia, serving as a professor and department chair at Shih Chien University and later at National Chengchi University, where he specialized in risk management and insurance. At the time of his appointment to the Cabinet, he was the associate dean of the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration.
