Peter Verlič

Peter Verlič is a Slovenian politician and civil engineer who has served as the Mayor of Grosuplje since 2010. Born in Ljubljana in 1962, he previously held the position of State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and served as a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia from 2008 to 2011. During his parliamentary tenure, he was an active member of several working bodies, including the Committee on EU Affairs and the Committee on Environment and Spatial Planning. He is a member of the Slovenian Democratic Party.
