Raúl Morón Orozco is a Mexican politician and educator currently serving as a Senator of the Republic for the state of Michoacán. A former school teacher and labor union leader within the SNTE, he has held various elected positions, including serving as the municipal president of Morelia from 2018 to 2021 and as a member of the Congress of Michoacán. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution and the Labour Party before joining the National Regeneration Movement.
