Ramon Romero Jr. is an American politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 90 since 2015. A resident of Fort Worth, he made history as the first Latino representative for Tarrant County. Before his legislative career, he was a business owner in the construction and masonry supply industries and served on the Fort Worth Zoning and Planning Commissions. Romero currently chairs the Mexican American Legislative Caucus and is known for his advocacy on civil rights and his opposition to restrictive immigration legislation.
