Resty Nanteza

Resty Nanteza is a Ugandan politician and radio presenter associated with the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). She previously served as the chairperson of the Nyenga Division. In the 2021 Ugandan general elections, she ran as a candidate for the woman representative seat in Parliament for Buikwe District. Although she garnered significant support, she was defeated by Diana Mutasingwa of the National Resistance Movement and subsequently challenged the election results in court. Beyond her political career, she works as a radio presenter at NBS radio in Jinja and is involved in community advocacy through the Nakapachu foundation.
