Robbie Butler

Robbie Butler is a Northern Irish unionist politician who has served as a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly (MLA) for Lagan Valley since 2016. Before entering politics, he worked as a butcher, a prison officer, and a firefighter. A member of the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP), he has held various leadership roles within the party, including serving as the UUP's Deputy Leader and as a spokesperson for Agriculture, the Environment, and Rural Affairs. Butler is known for his focus on community issues, education policy, and his advocacy for the input of parents and teaching professionals in curriculum development.
