Robert Turlej is a Polish local government official and computer scientist serving as a member of the board of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and a member of the regional assembly. Born in Elbląg, he studied computer science in medicine at the Gdańsk University of Technology and previously worked as a computer science teacher and in university administration. He entered local politics with the Civic Platform, serving on the Elbląg city council from 2010 to 2024, before being elected to the regional assembly and appointed to the voivodeship executive board.
