Robin Janvrin, Baron Janvrin

Robin Janvrin, Baron Janvrin is a British peer and former diplomat who has served as a crossbench member of the House of Lords since 2007. Before entering the legislature, he had a distinguished career in the Royal Navy and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, eventually serving as Private Secretary to Queen Elizabeth II from 1999 to 2007. Following his retirement from royal service, he was created a life peer and has held various leadership roles in the private and charitable sectors, including positions at HSBC Private Bank and the British Entente Cordiale Scholarship trust.
