Roland Baumann is an Austrian politician and member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). Born in 1992, he began his career as a mechanical engineer at voestalpine Stahl GmbH, where he also served as a works council member. Baumann has been active in local politics as a member of the Linz municipal council since 2021. In October 2024, he was elected to the Austrian National Council, representing the Linz and Surroundings constituency. Since March 2025, he has served as the SPÖ parliamentary group's spokesperson for apprentices and vocational training.
