Rona Fairhead, Baroness Fairhead

Rona Fairhead, Baroness Fairhead is a British businesswoman and life peer who currently serves as a member of the House of Lords. Before entering the legislature, she held significant roles in the private sector, including serving as the chief executive of the Financial Times Group and as a non-executive director for various major corporations. She served as the final chairman of the BBC Trust from 2014 to 2016 and later held the position of Minister of State at the Department for International Trade from 2017 to 2019. She was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2012 for her services to UK industry.
