Ronald Reagan Okumu

Ronald Reagan Okumu is a Ugandan politician who served as a long-standing Member of Parliament for Aswa County from 1996 until 2021. An intellectual with a PhD in Global Leadership and Change, he was a founding member of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and served as the party's vice president for the Northern region. Throughout his career, he held significant parliamentary roles, including Commissioner of Parliament and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee. He was a vocal advocate for multiparty democracy in Uganda and participated in various national task forces, including those related to peace and public health.
