Rose Emma Cherukut is a Ugandan politician and legislator currently serving as the District Woman Member of Parliament for Kween District. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she entered parliament in 2021 after winning the general election. Prior to her legislative career, she served as the Resident District Commissioner for Kapchorwa District, an appointment she received following her participation in the 2016 general elections. Her political career has been marked by long-standing competition within her constituency.
